What we shipped lately

Plan To Win is built in the open. This is the honest log: what's new, what got better, and what broke and got fixed.

Week of 5 October 2026

  • Better Our legal documents, brought up to date. The Privacy Policy, Terms, Health and Wellness Disclaimer and AI and Coaching Disclosure now describe the social features being tested, everything the AI coach can read and the six switches that control it, documents you upload to build a plan, the free trial, prices and refunds, how Google Calendar and your phone's health data are used, and the page-view counter on this website. Everyone is asked to read and accept the new version once in the app. There is also a new Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for people in Washington State.

New

Wake-Up and Wind-Down

Mornings open on your day at a glance, with one line of gratitude. Evenings close with a quick reflection and a look at tomorrow. On Android, the app (version 1.9) can ring a real Wake-Up alarm at your wake time, even with the app closed.

New

The Day Line

Daily Overview now shows where you are in your day: what's done, what's left, and a "Now" marker that moves on its own. Tap it to jump straight to now.

The Plan To Win desktop layout: navigation on the left, Daily Overview with the Day Line in the middle, and the current task, what's next and quick logging on the right
New A desktop layout. Open app.plantowin.app on a laptop and the app spreads out: your pillars on the left, your current task, what's next and quick logging on the right, and keyboard shortcuts.
  • New Offline mode. The app keeps working with no signal, then catches up when you're back online.
  • New Replan in your own words. Tell it something like "free up two hours and add a call with my brother," and it proposes an updated day for you to accept.
  • Better The coach can log for you. Ask it to log a meal, your weight or your steps.
  • New Supplements in Diet. Keep your stack, get a supplement step on your plan with the meal you take it with (with a reminder in the Android app), and add it to your grocery list when you're running low.
  • New Recently added, in To-Do. A safety net that shows what you added quickly, including tasks the coach added for you, so nothing gets lost.
  • Better Steps from Health Connect in the Android app (version 1.9).
  • Better Coach tools for 1-on-1 coaching. The private coaching dashboard now drafts suggested check-in messages for each client and keeps message templates for follow-ups. The coach reviews and sends every message personally.
  • Fixed Two badges were wearing each other's pictures. Spotted and swapped back the same day.
  • Fixed Plenty of smaller fixes, plus security improvements we keep private.
